How we work
Product, not project.
Custom builds have a failure mode: the client ends up owning software they can't maintain. So for our own products we do it differently - we deploy the product, brand it for the client, keep it running, and stand behind it. You get a working system on day one, not a repository and a headache.
That discipline is why the same salon platform can run in a dozen shops without a dozen forks: configuration beats customisation, onboarding is a feature, and the code stays boring on purpose.
